Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is perfect for a business trip. The room was spacious and equipped with a desk, making it easy for me to work. Additionally, the hotel offered a shuttle service to nearby locations, making it convenient to get around.

The facilities were a bit outdated, and the breakfast selection was limited. Furthermore, the noise level from other guests was a bit bothersome.

Probably just the location in the centre of surabaya city.

The towels are quite old and dirty for a 4star standard. The toilet is not very practical.. Food is just ok.

I had a great stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The location of this place is just perfect, right next to one of the biggest malls in town and in front of the largest mobile phone trade center. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance. The staff here were very welcoming and professional, making me feel at home right away. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with beds that were so cozy. The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing a cool and quiet atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The hotel also had excellent internet connection, which was a big plus for me. Another thing I loved about this place was the 24-hour coffee shop in the lobby. It was so nice to have a place to grab a cup of coffee anytime I needed it.

All in all, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

I have stayed at the hotel for many years, even when it was not the Surabaya Plaza. I enjoy the location and the price is fair. Please do not change anything.

The room size was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. It was perfect for a weekend stay and I appreciate that the hotel is located near a shopping mall and restaurants. The free internet connection in the room was also a plus.

The room furniture and accessories looked old and outdated. There was no safe deposit box or ironing board in the room.

Indded it was one of dirtiest 4 star hotel that I have stayed in my life, it was very very old and smelling bad...never ever I will go to th Hotel. In comparissn with Price 108 usd pernight , I got nothing .

The internet connection they have is lame. speeds less than 100 kbps. Come on guys it's 21st century already!!

Spacious Suite: The suite was like a luxurious oasis, with a separate living area and a work desk, making me feel like a CEO on vacation.

Useless service

The hotel is located in the center of the city that eases us to go shopping and find good restaurants nearby. I stayed with my wife children and my mother in law which had given them satisfaction. My children also spent their time to see movies surrounding the hotel. With regard to that we plan to visit the hotel again in the future. Regards, heddy

Of course is the prime location,and very convenient next to Surabaya Plaza Mall,and very easy to hire the Golden Bird taxi/rental cars.
